"The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice shower and the property was appealing. I would stay again."

"The property and staff were great. We will definitely stay there again!!!"

"Great location"

"Super close to Fisherman's Wharf! Within walking distance to pier and many restaurants. Would stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco this weekend! The room was great, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location is awesome, with so much to see and do nearby. We also really enjoyed the food! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Great property with a great location. The s’mores and the fire pits were a great a touch"

"Great location for Warriors or Giants games. Breakfast was great. Staff was all very friendly."

"Nice and clean. Cute little spot out of the main flow. Quite,"

"Charming property but could be better maintained and updated a bit for modern comfort. Walls were thin...could hear everything happening in the room next door as well as on the street which made for a rough night of sleep."

"As a solo traveler, I liked the safety of the hotel and its location. Lovely lobby can sit by fireplace indoors or by firepit outdoors. Restaurant available. Tasty. Only negative I encountered was that the ac/heat unit in the room smelled musty for the first 24 hours; then it was fine. Would recommend as a hotel."

"The staff was rude during check in. I wasn’t aware that the hotel was under construction at the time I booked."
