Most importantly, While checking out I had a mishap, and had to go to the hospital and the night crew went above and beyond to help me. Not to go into details, but I greatly greatly appreciate the care and concern of the staff. When something like this happens, it really demonstrates how excellent staff are I cannot express my gratitude enough. Looking forward to my next adventure at the Hotel Lucia, without the misadventure."
