"Hidden gem in SE Portland. Easy on and off main highways, close to Washington waterfront, airport and Columbia Gorge waterfalls. Hotel is clean and in safe area. Nightly Manager’s reception includes a beverage (wine, rail drink, beer or soda) plus soup and garlic bread. Breakfast included eggs, sausage/bacon, waffles, potatoes, biscuit and gravy- along with all the other stuff - oatmeal, cereal, bread, fruit and yogurt. Pool, hot tub and sauna plus workout room."

"The property was aptly named. Our room was fit for a King and Queen. Convenient location, friendly staff, valet parking, and tasteful decor made this an amazing stay. I will definitely be back!"

"Clean room, shaff were friendly & helpful, parked @ the Douglas 1/2 block away for less than 1/2 the price of the 3rd party valet, walked into downtown and to the arial tram. Breakfast, from 6:30-9:00 was good. Would stay here again if in Portland"

"Nice hotel in most respects. I chose to not park on the hotel property and pay the high daily fee. I had no problems finding nearby street parking during the day and night. There are a lot of homeless in the area (same as most of Portland), but I had no problems with leaving my car out on the street. My only complaint is that we did get a fair amount of noise in the room from the commuter trolleys. They apparently operate well into the night and start quite early in the morning."
