"The hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we don’t need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend "

"Amazing customer service I can’t remember the names of the female and male that took care of us at the front desk but they were super attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to show us other activities around the hotel to enjoy! 15 out of 10 stars just for them alone! "This hotel is a no frills BUT it’s clean , convenient and quiet . The breakfast is basic but you won’t starve . It’s directly across the street from the Ark Encounter and the Mexican restaurant across the street has good food . "
