"We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe, beach and surroundings are amazing. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. We didn't need a car, but there is parking available. There are many restaurants, fruteria and supermarkets close by. We stayed at #3/2 apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The only one problem we had were keys. First of all, we had just one set, so, we had to always go together...

"Brilliant location next to the beach. Apartment not flashy but perfectly clean and comfortable for a holiday base and kitchen well equipped. Good clear instructions given for after hours check in but did need an extra bit of help to locate the apartment. Security man was very helpful and we got by with his English attempts and my Spanish….towels were provided which I wasn’t expecting but my towel, whilst clean, was full of holes. "

"This property was amazing. Beautiful beach views from the outside veranda. If you want to stay on the beach all day everything including delicious restaurants are in close walking distance. And a trip into the city of Valencia is so easy by catching the bus. "

"Apartment was perfect for us, our grown children, and two grandkids. We could walk most places, taxis were easy to get, beaches were amazing! The apartment management was very responsive when we had questions and arranged our transportation from the airport to our apartment flawlessly. We will miss seeing our beach view every morning!"
