Cozy apartment located in an exclusive complex with 24 hour security, in front of the beach, 15 minutes from downtown Valencia and 10 minutes from the City of Sciences. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with gallery, large living room with access to a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Included parking space in underground garage guarded 24 hours.
The complex offers all services, restaurant, swimming pool, green areas, paddle tennis, football, basketball, minigolf, gym.
On the seafront, in front of the complex are the best restaurants where you can eat the famous Valencian paella, have a coffee with the sea breeze, a cocktail, or relax in one of the chiringuitos on the beach where you can relax while listening to live music.

On ne retrouve pas le standing de la residence dans l’appartement

Residence de belle qualité ( gardiennage, piscine, salle de sport, mini golf, jeux pour enfants, bar, parking) un peu trop excentrée mais tout de meme a l’entree de Valence et en bord de plage. L’appartement est tres bien. Il est grand et propre, mais ce sont les details qui degradent la perception globale : la barre de douche de la salle de bain est cassee, des tiroirs sont casses dans les armoires, il faudrait un fauteuil supplementaire au salon pour que 4 personnes puissent s’assoir, il manque de la vaisselle dans la cuisine (bols, saladier, passoire - nous en avons acheté une) et un grille pain eventuellement, la tele doit dater de la construction de la residence, et les matelas sont tres tres durs. A part ca, la region est magnifique...

Sauber ordentlich Strandnähe

Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zimmer und Betten auch. Balkon war super. Direkte Nähe zum Strand. Fitnessraum. Restaurant. Minigolf. Echt toll alles. Kommen sehr gerne wieder! Minuspunkte nur für folgendes: Kein wlan. Kein Bügeleisen. Kein Fön. Kein Schwamm zum Spülen des Geschirrs. Deswegen 4/5 Sternen :)

déçue pour plusieurs détails : piscine fermée ( ouverture 1er juin ) pas précisée lors de la réservation mais prestation incluse dans le prix de la location......, une seule clé (pour 4 adultes) il faut sortir et rentrer ensemble...., équipement cuisine léger ( pas de bols, d’égouttoir, et juste 4 couteaux......)
