"The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. "I would not recommend staying here, our power went out the first night we were staying here and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone who worked there to let them know. Our phones were almost dead and we had no way to charge them because of the power outage. While the place was near everything which was nice, we did not feel the safest walking back to the area of the B&B late at night. "

"The hotel is old and funky. Rooms are adequate, but not as advertised. The room was advertised on Hotels.com as with a desk and WiFi in the room. It had neither and the Alessandra manager was very unapologetic nor helpful at all about these misleading claims. The hotel is also on the THIRD floor (not second floor) with NO Elevator. Not bad once you've moved in, but be aware of having to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Staff, other than the manager, was friendly...

"Expedia should clearly state that this is a B&B and not a hotel. The owner(s) seem not to be familiar with how to manage such a place. Unless you pass out from drinking, or for other reasons, there is no way you can sleep in this place. And that's why you pay for: TO SLEEP AND REST during the night.
