"I travel to Hamilton for business a couple of times a year and I always stay at the Sandman Hotel. The staff is always courteous. The rooms are always clean and quiet. My most recent stay, I was given a free upgrade and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I forgot all of my clothes for my trip stateside (a five hour drive away) and was stressing about what to wear to work the next day and the staff felt sorry for me and gave me a free upgrade.
