"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...
"A couple of minor things to note from the hotel description; They do not operate an airport shuttle bus, and there is no car parking on site. However, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel.
The hotel itself is absolutely perfect as far as I am concerned. It is small enough as to never seem overcrowded, even at full capacity. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in when away from home.
