"One of the best hotels I've ever been. The design of the room is FANTASTIC,the amenities great(we loved the loukoumia and nespresso),no keys required which makes it much easier,the location is 2 minutes away by walk from the center of Agios Nikolaos.Very very satisfied,will absolutely go again next year. Highly recommended 👌"

"The room was very clean and tidy, with an air condition that really helped sleep with comfort during our stay with 30 degrees C nights. The view from the balcony was outstanding over the lake Voulismeni and the location of the hotel is right at the heart of Agios Nikolaos with direct access to the pedestrianised street and amenities right at your doorstep. The staff was very friendly and made their best to help us with any questions. The discount bonus at the nearby excellent Cafe du Lac was also appreciated."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. We were delighted to be upgraded to a sea-view bungalow, which was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout our visit, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The only minor downsides were that the beach area was quite small and there wasn’t any evening entertainment at the hotel. However, these were only small points and did not take away from what was an exceptional holiday. We would definitely return and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding service and beautiful surroundings."

"Our bedroom and balcony overlooked the lake, the harbour and the sea; the kitchen and sitting room overlooked the streets and attractive buildings. The apartment was beautifully and sensitively decorated and furnished and equipped, and was perfectly placed not only for the beauty of Greece but also for strolling around the town and finding restaurants, tavernas and cafes as well as cultural facilities such as the museum. The owner, Maria, could not have been more welcoming and friendly, and was always helpful with advice in all areas. She even provided pastries on our arrival, and fruit and more pastries during our stay. I cannot recommend Emerald Lake too highly."
