"Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old. Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. "

From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take! "A fantastic hotel. Great position with a large private beach/ coast. Fantastic views. 15 minute costal walk to Agios Nikolaos. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and first class service. The only area for improvement was the main building sea view room which was a little dated and in need of some modernisation to keep up with the rest of the hotel. The bungalows look great and I when I come back Id go for one of those instead…. Overall this hotel was brilliant. A true 5 star paradise to relax and de stress! Go for it…"

"They were only running for 2 days when we checked in. It's lovely and had a private tub. The staffs are great and they really do try to accomodate. The elecrticity kept tripping during the stay, the breakfast does need upgrading (more cut fresh fruits would be great). Would recommend though"

"Old resort needs a bit construction We got the royal vila room The bathroom wasnt good We had no phone line in the room to call reception so we had to go all the time Never fixed even i asked 4 times The bathroom they fixed after the second day Food was so so.. iv seen beter in other hotels The hotel is big and far from any place to go "
