"My husband and I went to the Peninsula Resort and Spa from June 1 to June 11, 2025. It is a great hotel on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The view of the blue sea is stunning. The sun was always shining for 10 days in a row. The rooms are large, and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is always clean, and the fridge is filled with water bottles. The pools are very clean, and there are a lot of chairs to lounge on. The buffet's food was extraordinary, with a huge amount of very high-quality and delicious food, always hot. They had several stations where pizza, pasta, eggs, etc., were made daily in front of the guests. They also had fresh fish, seafood, beef, chicken, and pork barbecued fresh daily. The French fries were always fresh and hot. They had all kinds of drinks and alcohol. The staff at the buffet and all the other pool bars were always smiling and ready to help. The reception staff was great and spoke many languages. The entertainment group is a hard-working team. Although the entertainment was the majority of the time in French, however, they also spoke English. The only thing that was tiring for me was the many, many stairs that I had to take every day to go down to the sea. But, if you're young and healthy, you won't have any problem with this resort. I fully recommend this resort."

"This was our 2nd time at Mitsis Rinela after trying a few of the Mitsis properties. The facilities and the sand beach are the main attraction for sure. Everything has been or is being refurbished and the hotel is really beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an all inclusive resort. Only drawback for us as a couple was the number of kids around but that’s the summer for you. Not much can be done about that. "

"This was our first time in Crete, and the Olive Green Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It's very centrally located, near the ferry docks, the airport, and numerous historical sites and museums. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was extensive, well made, and the wonderful. The front desk staff gets an extra praise for handling every question and request we had promptly and in avery friendly manner. An added bonus is having a small park across the street with outdoor tables from the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend it! "
