"The staff was amazing especially Aleks - couldn't do enough for us. Food at the bar was pretty good - too hot to go out and find a restaurant not to mention most didn't have a/c. A/c in the room worked well but common areas were hot. Bed was comfortable; shower was nice. However, unfortunately the room was the size of a postage stamp with no place to sit or put luggage. I can recommend the hotel if you book a triple room unless you don't mind sleeping in a closet."

"On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight. Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. Apology repeated but I had to initiate possibility of part refund - we paid £254 (concert night). Further apologies by message but offered only £38 (£19 ea)for loss of essential...
