"staff were great. Very close to many restaurants and shops. We generally had breakfast at the PAUL and ate a few times at the Duchess of Kensington up the street-a gastro pub. Our first room was extremely small and the bathroom to be honest was just too too small. When we came back after visiting bath-we got a bigger and better room and bathroom. Entire staff was excellent but let me single out the Albanian gentleman who helped us with our bags and getting cabs-so sweet. We love staying there. ...
