"I really enjoyed my stay at the Caesar Hotel, my room was really well designed, clean and had a view over the little park. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, check out was leisurely, 12.00 noon. My only issues were there was very loud building work which started around 8.30am, I wasn't told about this until I arrived. Luckily, I couldn't hear it from my room but on the ground floor it was crazy. The gym was out of order. Not the hotels fault but I hadn't factored in the Notting Hill...
