"A pet friendly caravan that was clean and tidy and nicely located. I have stayed in many a caravan and for some reason this seemed the most spacious with a main bathroom that would rival that of a house in size. Well laid out. We were off season and so it was very quiet which is how we liked it. Communication was good and check in was a breeze. Mary was very responsive to text and messages via Expedia. The caravan had all you need although there was no central heating (as we have seen in others) however there were two radiators and a nice fan heater in the main room (see picture). Enjoyed our stay there and so did the pooch. If I am ever up that way again, I'd book it again without a pause."

Our stay for two weeks was easy to arrange and approved promptly. Ashley, the owner, made herself available for any and all questions we had. Based on our experience and conversations we’ve had with Ashley, we would definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for being a wonderful host Ashley. Cheers"

"Took a risk after reading the reviews, and Im glad I did, it was clean tidy, bedding was fresh, fresh towels, everything we needed to stay for a few days, washing up liquid, tea coffee sugar, toilet rolls, they even left us some pop and chocolate bars for our arrival, honestly can't complain at all, we were up for a funeral and having all the little bits and bobs made it less stressful so thank you, hopefully we will be back soon in better circumstances, thank you for making our stay stress free 😊"

"We were taking our niece with physical and learning disabilities in holiday. Overall she had a good time. This was our first holiday with her since she moved into a supported living environment. We booked this caravan for it’s accessible ramp and comfortable and fairly spacious lounge/kitchen/eating area. This was all lovely. The corridor to the bedrooms was tricky for our niece to walk down. It would not fit a wheelchair or a walker. We gave her the main bedroom with an en-suite which did work very well for her and the bed was very comfortable. The single beds in the other two bedrooms are very narrow however for adults. We managed to use the swimming pool once. We had to book in and the attendants were extremely helpful getting a hoist set up for us. The disabled changing room was well equipped. The pool experience ended up being a highlight! The evening entertainment was mostly too loud for our neice. Too much screaming and use of microphones at high volume. The creative activities on offer during the day were great on paper but were not accessible for someone in a wheelchair in the hut room or outside where many of the youngsters were doing the craft. Being by the sea we had some good walks pushing the wheelchair along the path by the beach. The tv in the caravan was also great for watching Disney films when it was raining. Unfortunately we experienced some disturbance from a neighbouring caravan at night time. Overall would say we had a good holiday . Thank you"

"This worked well for us as a base for a family catch up in Edinburgh. Though we didn’t use any of the facilities on the site, there seems to be plenty to do for families and the holiday park seems to be well taken care of. Plenty of choices in the surrounding towns for places to eat, and good links by bus or nearby train stations for quick access to Edinburgh."
