"Strong words, but well-earned. The location of this hotel is great—no surprise there. But operationally, it needs serious improvement. I had two back-to-back reservations (June 10–12 and 12–14), which I flagged at check-in. I was told I could stay in the same room—great. But I was assigned an accessible room with a shower that had a permanent chair and no space to stand. Clearly, the bathroom could have been better designed, but attention to detail isn’t their strength. I asked for a room...

Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet. Had to leave after 1 terrible night. "
