Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...

The shower leaks and this is more of a design flaw as I changed rooms midway and had the same profile in both. "Three hotels in one property made movement to facility dining, gym, pool, spa, and casino a little confusing and time consuming. I did not like the fact that every time I went into the casino I had to show my passport, even if I had just left moments before and had to go back in to pick up something I had left behind at one of the machines. Close to mall made shopping easy. Close to train station made transportation easy. "
