We had an issue initially with the AC; it wasn't cooling well, and the hotel claimed to not have any other rooms to accommodate us which was disappointing as there did not seem to be a great number of guests in the hotel itself. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed). "

"Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. "My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there.
