"Sabatic Formentera was by far one of the best boutique hotels Lacy and I at which we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Everything was completely meticulously appointed, scrupulously clean, exquisite food at their in-house restaurant, and the most pleasant and polite staff. "The hotel was lovely, with amazing views. The room was great—comfortable and very quiet, perfect if you’re looking to relax. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, and 100% recommend it!"

"The room was clean and well organized. It actually had 2 sinks unlike the other 2 hotels we stayed at that only had 1. Not a big deal, but definitely well appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, and the fish and tenderloin tacos offered at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely fantastic! We would definitely consider staying here again."
