"Location wise, it was right outside of the main club and beach scene, but close enough to take a taxi to wherever we needed to go no problem. Staff was helpful upon arrival for check-in. Staff was also helpful whenever I needed towels or other help. I didn’t try the restaurant or the pool only because I didn’t have time but I think those were also really good, I wish I would’ve. Right around the corner from Mundo Restaurant which is the best lunch and dinner spot."

"Sea View double room was excellent and very comfortable. Food was excellent quality and we had a really lovely time and would definitely come back. However, there are things to improve. Tiered queuing systems for bars and restaurants need reviewing as this often seems unnecessary (we went at the end of the season and it wasn't massively busy)! I would say it was mainly an issue due to under staffing. Room servicing could be better as often things forgotten (loo roll, towels, cleaning standard). Reception staff were always super helpful as were the majority of staff at the hotel but attention to detail overall could be improved for a 5 star hotel."

"Room 505 top floor. Lovely view of the harbour if you didn’t look at buildings either side - that’s not a judgement on base hotel. Our room refurbished to a very good standard and spotlessly clean. Lovely shower plenty hot water. Clean sheets. Have to mention Natalia the lively welcome she gave us and all her tips of where to go where to park etc. everything she told us was exactly as she said whether it be a beautiful beach, a stunning sunset or a good meal. 5 stars for customer service. The owner also spoke every time he saw us. Thank you for a lovely stay for put 25th wedding anniversary xx"

"We went for our wedding anniversary. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It features a great location, friendly staff, various bar and dining options, a gorgeous pool and sundeck, and is clean, beautifully decorated, and just a few feet from the beach. The front desk was extremely helpful, and check-in was a breeze. There is a DJ by the pool and also at the terrace overlooking the bay in the evening. The room was clean and the view from our balcony spectacular. The only thing I thought that staff could have done better was cancel my payment and charge me again when I asked them to after realizing I had mistakenly paid with Dollars instead of Euros which is always the better option when visiting European countries. I spoke with the manager, and they said they couldn't cancel the payment and charge me again. This ended up costing us an additional $55 from the rate I had gotten with our booking. Other than that, all was excellent. I would go back again!"

"Upgraded to a room in the new annex just across the road. Despite arriving 2 hours early for check-in, everything was ready and waiting. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with that smell that, to me, means properly, deeply clean. Great rainfall shower. Small balcony with a view down the streets (no sea view from here - it's a 5 min walk). Very, very happy with the value for money and overall quality."
