"This is an incredible hotel, stayed here twice and would stay here again. It has a very luxurious feel to it for a great cost. But the front desk staff is always problematic. The front desk check in isn’t smooth whatsoever, and sometimes the people can be quite rude as well. The other staff - restaurant, bellhops, etc. are great, so friendly, but the check in… ugh. "

"Had an excellent 2 nights stay, best location to restaurants, terminal 21 shopping mall connections with hotel. Highly recommend staying as bts train is right on ur door, with easy access to all of Bangkok’s great locations."

"I loved many things. The location made it easy to catch a boat for the sites along the river, the bts station is close by & we had no issues locating drivers when we needed a ride elsewhere. The room was very nice & the balchony view was amazing!! The staff was what sold it for me. Very attentive. Kind & willing to go out of their way to help. "
