"This was an unexpected great place to stay . It’s further from a lot of the more popular shopping areas . But it’s not to far plus they have shuttles that drop you off and pick you up from the mall which is at the center of everything."

"The staff were very polite and helpful, all spoke excellent English. The view was so lovely! I’m really happy with the layout of the room and bedroom. It smelled lovely, the scented diffuser elevated the space. The bed was very comfortable. I do have to mention though that I was a disappointed with the shower, the marble was visibly discolored, yellowed and didn’t match the walls. Gave a very unsanitary vibe. The room however was kept very clean and I was pleased with the room and laundry...

"The view is over the tops from the room. The staff’s kindness was superior. I was injured at the Bangkok airport while getting Texi, and my knee got 8 stitches after all. I arrived the hotel after 2 am. and the staff gave me a benefit to check out late in the afternoon because I could not move around. My flight was late at night two days later. In addition, I got the hotel nurse service to sterilize my wound part and it was wonderful and convenient experience. I will definitely use this hotel...

"Outstanding stay at the Eastin Grand in Bangkok. Great hotel and great location just off the Airline train line. Breakfast was excellent, it’s the largest selection and choices I have ever seen at a hotel breakfast. Pool was nice and gym was great for a hotel gym. Will stay there again on my next trip to Bangkok."
