Me and my son stayed here for 3 days, 2 originally which we extended by a further day. The staff were so friendly and arranging us to stay in the same room for our entire visit (even though when booking through Expedia, was told we couldn’t do that.) We were taken away by the breathtaking views over Bangkok city from our hotel room and the swimming pools. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, always at hand to serve and give us anything we may need. This hotel was located at the end of one of the BTS lines, making it very easy to get about the city, and even easier still to get to and from the airport. The hotel was spotless clean, breakfast on a morning there was so much selection, a lot of food cooked on request instantly.
I can’t fault our stay in Eastin Grand Hotel, hopefully we can visit Bangkok again in the near future. And I’d definitely stay here, and recommend this hotel to anyone.
