"The staff in the restaurant were very personable and helpful. The food was plentiful and well cooked and prepared. Our hotel room was cramped with no internet access. The TV pixelated when we tried to watch anything. As I had no internet I could not stream nor could I use my laptop to finish work projects. The valet parking was irritating to say the least. On Saturday morning it was returned with the bonnet covered in bird faeces. Trying to park the car on Saturday evening was difficult with...

"The bedroom was very tired, chipped walls, a large chunk out of the plaster on the corner. Seemed to be dirt and dust under the glass on the desk. Dirty/dust where the carper meets the mini bar cupboard. Great underground carp park for a fee but worth it to charge my EV."

"The best experience in all my travels, hands down! Being selected as "Guest of the day" was amazing, two room upgrades and access to the lounge. The hotel was lovely, the gym top notch and the restaurant excellent. Overall, perfection. Will definitely choose to stay here again."
