"We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel, we had a good welcome. The location is great opposite the Palace Gardens and a 5 minute walk from the main station. The hotel and the station are connected underground saving having to walk through the sun which is really handy. Like lots of places there are lots of underground shops and restaurants. There is a coffee shop nearby but its quiet as a lot of the local area is the palace and parks/gardens. The coffee shop has a nice garden too. We ate...

"Loved staying there. Super clean, amazing staff and amenities. The spa and gym are fabulous for a recharge. Everyone is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend running or walking the trail around the Imperial Palace which is almost outside of the property. The hotel is in walking distance to Tokyo Station, the hub of the subway and access to the Bullet Train-a must to experience. I cannot wait ti come back soon and stay there again!!!"
