"Staff was great. Location was phenomenal. Inside the hotel room was very good - linens, smart features, bathroom - all clean and modern. I would say my biggest complaint was that the hotel itself is in need of a renovation. It’s a bit run down and doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel from the outside.
