"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, and has places to shop and dine. The free shuttle to Osaka station was also a plus. Great place to stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Centara Grand Osaka. Our family room on the Miyabi Club floor was the perfect size, with stunning views. The club lounge was a real highlight, and we made great use of the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks throughout our stay. The service was wonderful, and a special mention to Jenny at the buffet, who makes fabulous coffee! I was also really touched by a special birthday card and cake being delivered to my room for my birthday, which I did not mention...

"Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants, abundance of shopping. Hotel room is large and staff were friendly."

"Excellent service and wonderful property."

"Good hotel in super location for Dotobori. Family of four, 14 & 12 year old - room that was sold as 4 beds was only 2 beds and 2 mats on the floor. Otherwise very comfortable"

"Muy buen servicio"
