"Stay was average - nothing to rave about"

"The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage! The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group. Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka! Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests! We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!"
