"Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "

"Wonderful hotel. Great staff so friendly and accommodating. The location a bit far from main areas but nice and quiet. Very easy to catch taxi to go places. Taxis are not expensive. The room was spacious and clean. The double beds are on the smaller side for 2 people. Room was cleaned everyday. The fridge doesn’t keep things cold that was the biggest disappointment. "
