The only thing that needs to be corrected, is allowing children in the grand lounge (executive lounge) during cocktail hours. The guideline for most 5-star hotel lounges is no children under 12 during the cocktail hours. "

"Beautiful property with great service and special attention to detail. They even organised children activities during our stay which where wonderful and very fun. The indoor and outdoor swimming facilities were also very nice and staff was on every level, kind and accommodating. It is so easy going around in Shenzhen and also of its location closer to many of the sites we visited, it was a great, tranquil place to retreat to after a long day. "

"beautiful hotel conveniently located besides Shenzhen Futian High Speed Rail station for easy access to Hong Kong (West Kowloon HSR station. HSR train journey is only 20mins). Also less Coco Park Mall with lots of great restaurants and shopping is only 7mins walk away. Shopping Park Subway station is also very nearby. Cant find a better location"
