"I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental, the front office, concierge and house keeping were all amazing and always smiling. The staff is very well trained and know how to make the guests happy. I want to mention Mehmet from the front office, he upgraded our room and was very helpful. Also Zainab from housekeeping was just a nice and welcoming lady. Great stay, great food and of course great staff."

"I had recommended this hotel to 2 friends last & this year without visiting myself based on reviews that I had read. I am so glad that I had the chance to visit, as it was spectacular - lobby, staff, rooms, views.. the list is endless. Great hotel option with amazing views of the Bosphorus and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars. Madhu’s and 16 Roof in the hotel are also worth visiting, great meal/drinks at both.
