I had a wonderful 5 days stay at the Hyatt Centric Leven Istanbul. The hotel was super clean. The amenities were amazing especially the gym. And the staff, especially the front desk staff Mr. Mehmet, go above and beyond to fulfill customers’ requests and issues. Definitely when I come back to Istanbul I will stay at Hyatt Centric.

Outstanding customer service, as always! The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and respectful, and they always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable, relaxing stay every time. Great location with major shopping malls minutes away. Great stay

Very nice stay. The staff was accommodating and kind, and I was able to get a room with a bathtub and an early check in. The hotel is also conveniently located in Levent, close to Kanyon mall with many shopping and food choices in the area.

The breakfast had alot of variety and was delicious. Staff pretty friendly and helpful. Room was great and comfy, it could have better lighting setup. The area is pretty quiet next to a metro station and a couple of different malls.

Lovely staff, breakfast options were good. The room was also very big with huge seating area , thanks to the housekeeping staff who kept the room clean and amenities topped up. My family also enjoyed the swimming pool facility, it was compact but very relaxing and warm. Metro station also just outside the hotel, which is convenient if you want to avoid being stuck in a traffic.
