"After booking my stay, I emailed the property about a concern i had about arriving at the Riad, I also phoned to make confirmation. Malek was very responsive and reassuring. Upon my arrival I was met with kindness and respect, all the staff were friendly and greeted me every time I saw them. Simon was very informative and super kind, he always made sure I was well and had everything I needed. At one pount in my trip I became unwell, and he got chef to bring me tea and offered me medicine...

"Wonderful Riad with exceptional attention to detail when it came to rooms and overall cleanliness. One of the best we have ever experienced. Service was welcoming and polite, but not exceptional for a place at this standard - specifically the restaurant. It is very much at the end of the Medina, but only a few minutes walk will get you to Bahia Palace. Would recommend for couples looking for a quieter place to stay but still close to the heart of the Medina."

"Great stay. Nice clean hotel. My single critique is personally do not like cats. They are generally very common in Morocco but I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast and a cat strolling in. Not much thought was taken when I raised this as staff they should accommodate all guests. The food was tasty it included lamb and chicken .
