Location is super, inside the Medina but far enough from noise. The hotel staff were extremely professional, caring and polite and did everything possible to make our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was also very good, served by the pool. Our room was spectacular as well as service. I recommend this structure to anyone going to Marrakech, we will certainly go there again. Very friendly staff all speak excellent English and helpful. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. In site restaurant very good. Perfect combination of quiet yet close to the new part of city and old town Medina. Lots of restaurant and cafes all walking distance. AC goes off periodically on a schedule so you have to power off and on to turn it on.

Stayed 3 nights after a long treck in the nearby Atlas Mountains and enjoyed the fantastic spa and swimming pool to recover. Great breakfast buffet as well. Great location, walk everywhere. The nicest part: incredibly nice and welcoming staff at the reception, restaurant, swimming pool and spa. I will be back!
