"Have stayed at the townhouse a few times, unfortunately I think this will be the last time. Generally when I stay at hotels several times, there is a level of acknowledgement to this - not here though. We got put in a basement room, which they obviously only use when they are full - it’s terrible. Staff walking to and from a kitchen at eye level outside the window, flickering lights - something out of a horror movie. Such a shame, it’s been a great place previously."

"We had a nice stay at The Franklin. Our only real complaint was that the room, a Garden Suite, looked nothing like what is advertised either on Expedia or the hotel's website. The room was nice, it just didn't look anything like what were expecting. The overall service at the hotel was excellent."
