Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping. Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Very walkable as well. Room was very attractive and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in London.

Great stay! Wonderful location as a quick walk to the underground. We were upgraded in our room was was great. Decent size. We ate at the restaurant twice and had a great meal.
