"This was such a beautiful hotel with the best customer service. We felt safe and it was very clean and well kept hotel. It wasn’t the best location, a little far from the center if you want to walk but there was always taxis outside to take you where ever you needed to go. I will definitely stay here again"

"Grand Hotel Vesuvio’s facilities and services were lovely, however as a young American couple, there were a few times that I felt like we got looks that said “you don’t belong here.” Perhaps just a little too traditionally fancy for our tastes. Would have appreciated a more down to earth vibe from staff! "

"I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together. "

"Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing and help at any request. We had a room with a sea view and the sunsets views are amazing. Has a car that takes you into town regularly so its location is no issue at all. Breakfast was perfect with large selection. Rooms are not large but believe standard for Italy. Only issue was the rooftop bar which is its highlight was closed twice for weddings - so if you have a short stay - be prepared to not have its amazing rooftop open. Otherwise an amazing...
