"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice, and has places to shop and dine. The free shuttle to Osaka station was also a plus. Great place to stay."

"Enjoyed our stay had amazing view of the city. Would stay here again."

"It depends why you are in Osaka its pretty and there are two metros nearby, Osaka Castle is across the as is au big venue but to get to other places you spend time and it gets tiring. Food was ok, the bar on the roof was lovely and staff really helpful. It’s an expensive taxi to the airport. The shuttle only goes in the morning. There is nowhere to sit and relax if you have a late flight. Reception & concierge were very kind and refrigerated my food gifts."

"Great location! Within walking distance to many restaurants, abundance of shopping. Hotel room is large and staff were friendly."

"Excellent service and wonderful property."

"Good hotel in super location for Dotobori. Family of four, 14 & 12 year old - room that was sold as 4 beds was only 2 beds and 2 mats on the floor. Otherwise very comfortable"

"Muy buen servicio"
