"The room & staff were excellent along with the breakfast buffet. The admission to the spa along with payment process was absolutely user unfriendly and difficult. Since the spa is part of the hotel it should be complimentary if not should be able to charge to the room."

"The upgraded room that was booked was clean but a lot smaller than I expected; also the layout of the bathroom was different as it had a large step up to enter/exit the bathroom. The room and property were clean and was quiet for the most part. The hotel is central to subways and hot spots for tourists."

"Clean room, great staff, and great location!"

"Very convenient location, good staff and clean room as always"

"Spacious room with a comfy bed. Had the essential amenities. Superb view of the city during the day and night from the room. There is a family mart at the lobby of the hotel and the hotel directly to Sunshine City mall! Not too far of a walk to the train station and main shopping road."

"Convenient location close to multiple subway stations, while still being quiet. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very happy with our 5 days stay."
