"It’s just a very nice property"

"We stayed at Arista for a family wedding nearby in Wheaton. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom was great. No top sheets on the bed (Euro duvet covers) which I really liked. Our adult kids stayed on the floor above us and had a nice clothes steamer and Dyson hair dryer in their room (ours did not, but still nice hair dryer). Quiet hotel, great coffee shop and bar attached to the lobby. Helpful and polite staff! Great experience and we would stay there again."

I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. The walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or maintained in years. There are bugs throughout the unit, which raises serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene. To make...
