"Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Iron, ironing...

"We stayed in the Cottage room with Garden view. Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. Rooms are very big and very cleaned. View from the room was beautiful. Location of this Hotel is perfect everything is within walking distance hence it was easy for us to explore the town."

"Great stay!"

"Great for a quick one night stop. Staff all friendly"

"Clean room, but needs modernisation. Shower cubicle very small. Waited two hours for a replacement duvet to be brought to the room."

"Stayed here many times it’s good value nice place to stay with good food"

"The hotel was quite dated but rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good."

"Good central location with plenty of space in the room and excellent parking. Lightening was insufficient since bedside lights broken or no bulb. Upgrade of interior (one of the 2 rooms) would benefit the property especially for the cost charged."

"A great hotel on the outskirts of town. We had a problem with one of our rooms, but this was quickly resolved by moving us to an upgraded room. Staff helpful and friendly."

"Very helpful staff and the food was great. The Hotel is a bit tired and decor is dated"
