I really loved my stay here. There was a friendly vibe, the rooms were comfortable and you could tell the place was loved and looked after. Nice breakfast too. I got a sleep score of 92!! I will recommend to friends and family visiting Bournemouth.

Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.

Friendly staff, good value food, best omelette ever for breakfast. Dyson fan in room was superb. Only small critique, extra coffee for breakfast was charged. Don’t do that, just put a couple of quid on the room price!

Really great stay the rooms were beautiful decorated and had lovely additional touches like a dab radio, gorgeous body and hand wash, tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. The staff were friendly we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early, free parking and a fabulous cooked to order breakfast included.

Lovely 2nd stay, room upgraded which was great, and excellent breakfast included for £82, Dog was very welcome (add £20 charge)and staff fantastic. Would highly recommend hotel if needing a stay in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the rooms were only ever so slightly worn but soo comfy and cosy. A real home from home vibe. Homemade cookies were delicious 😋 I would recommend more tea bags though as a tea drinker 😉 The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could not fault anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning one day ☺️
