But the best thing about hotel is the staff my husband and I have visited more than 40 countries and stayed in 5* to your basic guest house but never have we come across such helpful professional staff ever. It was our first time in Vietnam we told the staff what we wanted to see and they arranged everything for us getting us brilliant prices on all trips. When we travelled to Sapa on overnight train the hotel arranged for member of staff to come to train station and make sure we got on right train, over and above helpfulness.I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Had a great stay here. Perfect location. Staff is top level. I had an issue the first night and the next day they caught me as I was leaving for the day and asked if they can go in the room. I came back and everything was fixed. The staff themselves are all super friendly and very welcoming. I’ll miss my morning chats with the front desk manager. She was amazing. Full of tips and recommendations. They even got me a cake for when I was leaving. Also the bed was the best bed my entire trip throughout Vietnam. Will deff come back here if I were to return to Hanoi. "
