"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. "CitizenM concept is great for solo travelers. This particular property is perfectly situated right at the convenient Tower Hill tube station and overlooks Trinity Square. Top floor lounge has an amazing view of the Tower of London and the Shard — as do many of the rooms. Stayed here before, will stay again."
