"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. "Couldn't have a better location for walking. It's also a quick cab ride to Heathrow (30 minutes). Staff was very friendly and attentive, no complaints at all. Overall the hotel could use an major upgrade...the rooms (at least mine) was extremely dated and also the hallways. The main dining room area was in excellent condition and updated. I also thought the breakfast was fantastic...I saw others complain about it but it was great and free (i'm also a picky eater btw). I didn't like...

"It was a basic compact room, which had all the requirements for a brief overnight stay. The shower was a little restricted for my size, and the bed was also small-ish, but as our occupancy was about 12 hours, it was fine. The location was very convenient for Paddington station, which was perfect."

"Whilst the rooms are compact, the bed was very comfortable! No iron but they have a hairdryer and a small fridge. Blinds, lighting, TV etc are all controlled by the iPad/app which worked most of the time. The air conditioning/heating is centrally managed so we were very hot in our room (even though it was approx 20 degrees Celsius outside) as the AC was not turned on. Not sure what the room would be like on warmer days - I’d hate to have no AC on a 30 degree day!! We stayed in a room with a view...
