"The suits are not what you see on pictures, to small ."

"My stay was 5 star! Interesting that I got a market charge for items that were under the $15 per night comp value on my folio. Wendy in the front desk was extremely helpful in asking management to remove the charge from my folio"

"My stay here was welcoming and smooth. From the moment I arrived Emerson and the security did their best to make us comfortable until our room was ready. Although we waited a few hours for our room, because we arrived early we were able to secure our luggage at the facility. We were also able to lounge in the common area until our room was ready. I definitely will stay here again. Thank you to all the employees for their kindness."

"Room needed more attention, night stands were dirty and toilet wasn’t clean. Everything else was great"

"Wish there was another set of elevators. There was a large group staying there this past week and caused for long wait times with the two elevators only in use."
