Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. "We would definitely stay again! The place was very clean, the had all the kitchen amenities that we needed. The bed and linens were very comfy! The only con to staying at this resort was how busy the hot tub was at all times, especially in the evening. We went down at 830pm on Friday and it was SO full that we had to go back to the room. They need another hot tub for the size of resort! Pool was heated, so that was great! We didn’t get a turn in the sauna, cause it was a small barrel sauna...

"It was a great 1 bedroom condo with everything you need and more. It was clean, modern and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the host was very quick to respond. I will consider returning to this unit for my next trip to Canmore. "
