"Bed was super comfy. Kitchen was great made 4 meals. Had a problem with door keys for 2 days of the 3. They finally fixed it the night before we left. Great location easy bus and train transfers. And food."

"The room was very small, and the bigger problem is that it gets extremely hot during the day. There's no air conditioning, and the windows only open partway, so there's no way to cool the room down or get proper airflow. I didn't sleep well the whole stay. Housekeeping was also a letdown — the towels had stains on them and hair, so I ended up drying myself with napkins. That's not something you expect at any price point. The rather grandiose image, the lobby, the restaurants and bars, seems to be a bit superficial. One restaurant was closed, the other was very high priced for not so great food. The elevators were too tiny to carry four of us and our carry-on bags. The rooms were also tiny, the carpet dingy. The beds were comfortable, though, and the bathrooms very clean."

"Excellent service"

"Staying at the Hilton Heathrow is always refreshing. My recent experience was great and I always stay here to catch my flights to and from Heathrow. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Lighting makes a huge difference for rest and I find the room offered soft lighting to complete dark for a restful sleep. The breakfast is amazing and love how you have options for fresh fruit, juice and hot food. My freshly cooked omelette was the best! I will always stay at this location and find when I do I...
