"Check in staff and restaurant staff were great. Food an drink very pricey. TV didn't work in my room and the staff couldn't get it to work. Walls are thin as I gould hear the couple arguing next door to me. Overall an ok stay "

"The hotel was is a perfect location. Just right for the motor way and for trips to the city center. Around £8 for an Uber. The foyer was welcoming and the staff attentive and knowledgeable. Once in the room, it was very clean with all the amenities you’d require, as well as a fridge which was a nice surprise. No safe which is the norm nowadays. "What a welcome from the receptionists. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was spotless, bed was really comfy, facilities like hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge and tv all excellent. My only critique was no mirror on or near dressing table to do hair and makeup. "Perfect location next to Piccadilly train station. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms so everything was brand new. Very quiet with blackout curtains so able to sleep in. All the staff were really nice and special mention to Habish, the bar manager who looked after us so well at the hotel bar. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Manchester, highly recommend. "
